Took my new-to-me 2011 E Class in for a post-purchase inspection and the team at Precision Motorcars were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Looking forward to having them service the vehicle for (hopefully) many years to come. Absolutely would recommend to a friend. If you have a Mercedes-Benz, this is THE place to go.

Very nice people. Had variety of servicing needed for my 2017 E300. As these cars age the servicing gets costly, especially with the dealer. Tyler and Ina provided better pricing for replacement rims and servicing.

I recently bought an import car here in Germany that had been serviced at this dealership years ago, so I reached out to ask a few questions. Even though I wasn’t their customer, they took the time to help me out and were incredibly kind and helpful. It really meant a lot to get such a friendly and detailed response. Such a great team, thanks again for taking the time! Best regards

The best customer service for servicing your vehicle. I had Precision Motorsports do an overall health evaluation on my Mercedes and they were upfront and honest about the items needing serviced. I will definitely be returning with any future needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get their vehicle serviced!

Thorough, professional, wonderful people. I drive a 30 year old Mercedes and while I was there Ina, Tyler, Frank, Will, and Duncan took exquisite care of my car. The team did my pre- purchase inspection on the car and helped me create a service plan outlining which repairs were more pressing than others. Every time I have gone back I have been greeted by smiling faces and patient people willing to explain to me what's being worked on or what other surprises they encountered that need to be addressed. I've even had to bring my car into them in emergency situations and the team is always extremely straightforward, accommodating, and understanding. The quality of service I have received and the assurance that the work was done well has been worth every penny. 100/10
